Q. How to crack the Screening- I got screened out two times?
A. Screening is in two parts
     a) Officers' Intelligence Rating test- DO well in these tests
     b) Picture Perception- Look at the picture carefully- MEN, Material, Scene, then imagine it you will get a clue in the picture as to what it is.
Think of your self as a hero- 
Clearly spell out the AIM of the Hero
or The TASK- What needs to be done
and how it is being planned and org by the HERO
How he influences the group around him 
or 
Makes use of the available resources to accomplish the Task.


While discussion narrate your story boldly- Giving adequate Pause where required.

Listen to others, mix the story/view and make a presentable story
YOU WILL MAKE IT.
