Group Discussion in Services Selection Board Interview

 Dear Aspirants,

 In the SSB the candidates would be given two chances 
a) First GD- They will be given two topics- the group would be asked to choose ONE out of the two given topics

 this GD would be for about 15 mins

 b) The Second Topic  given by the GTO Immediately after the first one.
No choice would be given in selection of the topic

 What do they look for?

 a)  From Factor I-     Reasoning Ability, Power of Expression, Use of Effective intelligence
b) From Factor II- Social Adjustment- Co-operation
c) From Factor III- Initiative, Ability to influence the group, Confidence 
d) From Factor IV - Moral courage to accept if you are wrong and take criticism Positively

 besides this the depth of knowledge on the subject
Ability to listen to others carefully 
His capacity to give chance to others to put up their view points.
Logical thinking.
