Tips to Score More in AFCAT

 It is some times a night mare  for candidates who have not taken Mathematics as one of the subject in their class XII, to solve the 
AFCAT  Mathematics
The fear of maths is in our mind.

 Steps to excel:-

  • First of all go through the concept
  • Learn how the Formula had been arrived at
  • Study the Solved examples
  • Solve at least 25 problems  of each type.
  • In AFCAT they concentrate more on word problem of class VIII level only
  • Split the problem into the following  steps:-
    • 1. What is given?
    • 2. What is required to be found out?
    • 3. Is there a requirement of converting the units (like Km into Metres or  hours  into min/ sec?)
    • 4. What is the formula to be used
    • 5. Solve it step by step
    • 6. Arrive at the final step
    • 7. Recheck the answers by applying it to the sum
