How we train?:-

Step 1:
We subject our candidates to undergo an aptitude test and maintain a record.

Week One:-

Tasks are given to each student as follows:-
  1. Power point presentation on a choosen topic of the individual. Total time would be 45 mins with min of 15 slides
  2. prepared 3 minutes lecture candidate can choose his own subject. Every day he will deliver the lecture in front of other students. Students will evoluate his /her speech
  3. Writing an article in any language and sending it to magazines. Topic should be on MOTIVATION to join the forces
  4. Physical endurance Test week one just walk 5 km to the GTO out door area.
  5. Confidence building test- Candidate should walk in to any local school / college and ask for an appointment to give a presentation to the student time 1 week
  6. Power of expression and ability to talk to senior officers- A group of students are given an opportunity to visit the local Army, Navy, Airforce, TA, CRPF, BSF, unit and arrange of a motivational visit
  7. Self confidence to talk and influence a civilian and earn Rs.100, by fair means- Time 6 hours and buy a book to read and be ready for BOOK REVIEW
  8. Participating in Group Discussion three times a week
  9. Working out solutions for Group Planning exercises and Carry out discussion among the group to arrive at a satisfactory and workable solution

Week Two:-

  1. Starting the day with unprepared speech Extempore time 3 mins
  2. Writing picture perception stories and narrating it in front of other students
  3. Writing WAT Practice Set - 1
  4. Writing SRT Practice Set - 1
  5. Writing Self Description Practice - 1
  6. Power point presentation on A book that he read in the last week- The book will be presented to Defence Academy Library
  7. Individual solution to unseen Planning exercise of US Army Time 2 hours
  8. Group discussion on given topic moderate level
  9. Mock interview by Interviewing Officer
  10. Running 5 km under 30 minutes and reaching GTO trg area
  11. Group Tests- whole day
  12. Organising and executing the Visit that he planned during the previous week
  13. Visit to school or college for given power point presentation and giving a motivational talk to students
  14. Writing the second article and sending it to a magazine
  15. Requesting a Senior serving / Retired Defence Officer to give a pep talk to students- Plan - Org and execute
  16. Assessment on 2nd set of Psych test- must be written with in the stipulated time frame

Week Three:-

  1. Assessment by Psych
  2. Assessment by GTO
  3. Assessment by IO
  4. Feed Back to individual
