Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations on clearing your written exam of the school which, you have an AIM of joining and becoming an officer.

WHY AN INTERVIEW IS CONDUCTED?
You must be aware that these schools have limited seats to offer. It is but natural they want the best out of those who took the written exam.
In order to see you face to face and to learn about how your verbal expression and the way you conduct yourself a panel is formed by experts who interviews candidates.       

Let us see what does an Interviewing panel looks for in a potential candidate? 
Etiquette: (Mannerism) How you walk in, how you address others etc.
Speech: Clarity to understand the question and offer suitable answer
Knowledge:  General Awareness, about your family members, school your city/ town, state, country
A little about current events.

The Interview Panel:
The panel normally consists of three members.
1. One is headmaster/ Principal/ a senior teacher.
2. A child psychologist.
3. A member of state education department.

4. Tell us about, your parents, their job, qualifications
5. Rank, appointment / designation. And Company/ place they work.

8.  What game do you like?
9. What is /are your hobbies?
10. Have you won any competition, if yes explain.
11. Why do you want to join this school?
12. Have you paid a visit to this school earlier?
13. If yes what you liked about this school?
14. Who motivated you to join the school?
15. What is your aim in life?
16. Who is the district collector?
17. Tell us any three important places of visit near your home town.
18. What sports do you like? Tell me one or two players who you like?
19. What equipment has been displayed in front of the school (like: Tanks, Guns, Air craft or any statue)
20. How did you travel from your residence to this school/ place, tell us which all villages you came across while travelling?      
21. What is the motto of this school?
22. Do you have any friends who are now studying in this school? If yes class, house of the cadet. 

What should you wear for Interview?
A plain shirt
A dark coloured pant
A belt
A black colour shoes well-polished.
If it is winter, you may wear a tie and blazer
A neat hair cut
Nails trimmed.
A smile on your face.

What all are required to be carried?
Pen/ pencil
Two pass port size photographs
Your call up letter.
If you ‘ve won certificates carry them in file.
