Tips for GTO PGT by GTO Defence Academy Coimbatore


In order to be succeed at the GTO tests one may follow the golden rules:

Listen to the Briefing given by the GTO carefully ( Repeaters often show casualness in this aspect)

Observe the sandmodel in GPE  and The obstacles in PGT, HGT, CT, FGT

Plan a way to execute before commencement of the particular job in hand
Remember most of these are Group task and you are not tested as an individual, so care for the group
Carry the group along ( The real job of  a leader)
Be a performer rather than a Follower

Do not shout at others or show annoyance of those who do not do as you desire
Take criticism  positively  and  correct yourself

There can be another way of doing the same task, hence think and be prepared to move to the alternative plan if one of the plan fails.
