Reduced rate = 100-5= 95% of Rs.5 – Per kg.
95/100 x = 19x / 20 per kg
Quantity of Sugar or Rs. 304 at Rs. X per kg =304/ x
Quantity of Sugar of Rs. 304 at Rs.19x / 20 per kg = (304 x 20)/ 19 x
304x 20-304x19 = 19x     Or 304=19x =
Original Price  = Rs. 16 per kg
Reduced Price =19x 16 / 20 = Rs. 15. 20  per kg
