SCREENING TEST AT SERVICES SELECTION BOARD INTERVIEW

This is the first stage of the SSB interview The potential candidates are selected from the lot who report for selection. This test consits of the following:-
  1. Officers intelligence Rating
  2. Picture Perception and Description Test


How to crack the SCREENING TEST? OIR- consists of two papers :-
1. Verbal Intelligence Test
2. Non Verbal Intelligence Test Duration would be about 1 hour 30 minutes
PPDT:-
It will be given given after a detailed instructions given by the Psychologist
Just listen to him carefully A hazy picture shown will be shown you will have to write a story about the picture shown Later you will be asked to narrate the Story
After all the candidates have narrated the Story they will be asked to Discuss about the story In the end they would also be asked to conclude the story IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:- Yous story must have the Hero/ Heroine as the case may be Write about a Problem/ Aim Narrate as to how the Hero/ Heroine is solving the problem/ acheiving the AIM You must speak boldly.
Step by step narration will be appreciated..
A Story with a social cause is better than an ordinary theme..
Be a perfomer, an action hero, within your own limit,( Not a super hero).
No wishfull story- Things take time and effort to produce result- so remember this
