Some tips
1. Do not dominate
2. First under stand the topic well and be with in the first three  speakers to give out your points
3. Give others a chance to put forth their views.
4. Encourage others to contribute
5. Give out new points
6. Do not argue or lose your temper
7. There is no need to come to a conclusion in this test.
8. Be bold and speak to the point.
