We will now discuss about how to do well in Individual obstacles

There are 10 obstacles in this test that are required to be negotiated within 3 minutes.

  4. 6 feet wall

  11. These are laid out in a circular fashion. You can start from any obstacle, they are numbered from 1 to 10 in order of difficulty.
  12. You can not repeat any task with out having completed  the other obstacles.
  13. what is seen here, Determination, risk taking ability, stamina, confidence, courage ( Physical), planning and knowing your own ability .
This is one of the tasks, that is given a lot of trainable mark.
In order to do all these tasks, physical fitness is a must.
I suggest you visit any NCC unit and carry out the obstacles laid out. It will give an idea and on performing it you will be able to negotiate the same in SSB.

Having a look at some of the obstacles and a little practice of the same in any Army unit will boost your confidence level.

For climbing the wall, Tiger leap, you will need some practice. I suggest visit any sainik school near by and seek permission to perform these under guidance.

all the best
